Clients may voluntarily provide fitness, nutrition, wellness, and health-related information when participating in coaching.Depending on the features and integrations a client chooses to enable through our coaching platform, information may also be made available through connected services or devices, such as nutrition applications, smart scales, fitness trackers, Apple Health, Google health services, or similar services.The information available to Arizyn depends on the permissions and integrations selected by the client.Clients are not required to connect third-party health or fitness services unless specifically necessary for an agreed-upon coaching feature.

Payments for coaching services may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.Arizyn does not intend to directly store complete payment card information. Payment information submitted through a payment processor is handled according to that provider's privacy and security practices.We may retain transaction information necessary for accounting, billing, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business purposes.

5. EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
